30 Day in Home Bootcamp

Work with Kim Strother for a 30 day bootcamp program at your house. She will join you everyday to help you reach your fitness goals with exercises tailored to your unique needs. Whether it’s post baby, pre wedding, or simply to feel your best, one of LA’s top trainers will move right into your home to get you feeling your best. Start each day with meditation and yoga fusion. You’ll have a bootcamp style customized afternoon workout as well as a cardio session. Kim will create meals plans during her stay that will leave a lasting effects. Each evening you will stretch and reflect on the days work.

Yoga Fusion 

Start off right by going inward, quieting your mind and connecting with your body. After a ten minutes of mediation we will begin to flow, focusing on breath and balance as you move through yoga poses combined with body weight exercises to create long lean muscles.
