You're eating healthy.
So why do you feel like this?
You wake up tired and stay tired. Your brain feels foggy by the afternoon. You're bloated, achy, or dealing with flare-ups that seem to come out of nowhere.
Maybe you've been told everything looks fine. Maybe you're already "eating healthy" and it isn't helping. Maybe you've done the cleanses and the diets and lost the same ten pounds three times.
You don't need another quick fix. You need to know which foods are working against you, and a simple way to eat that helps you feel your best every day.
Feel like yourself again.
The Paleo Path is a nutrition course and meal guide by holistic health coach and personal trainer Kim Strother. Real food, a clear plan for every week, with a roadmap you can come back to for the rest of your life.
I didn't eat meat for 16 years.
Here's what changed my mind.
I've been a personal trainer my whole career. I was active, I ate what I thought was a healthy diet, and I still felt terrible.
For 20 years I was misdiagnosed with Lyme disease. In that chase, I was pumped with antibiotics and steroids over and over. Meanwhile, I was living on grains and fruit. Healthy foods, I thought. The combination gave me a bad case of candida overgrowth, and with it came fatigue, body aches, brain fog, you name it. I had it.
I finally saw a functional medicine doctor here in New York City. He put me on a very strict protocol: green vegetables and protein, that's it. I told him I didn't eat meat. He told me I could either be very hungry eating only green vegetables, or I could start eating meat.
That night I had a filet mignon. I never looked back.
I was so sick of being sick that I would have done anything to feel better. Two weeks in, I felt like I could think again. The brain fog started to lift. My eyes looked clearer. I had energy. It was the first step in my healing, and it's the thing I still come back to any time I start to feel a flare-up.
This way of eating truly changed my life. The Paleo Path is how I teach it to my clients, and now to you.

THE PALEO PATH FAQS
Do I have to eat meat?Kim didn't for 16 years, so she understands the hesitation. The program is built around protein and vegetables, and it will be a much easier and more satisfying four weeks if you're open to it
I've tried paleo before and it didn't stick. Most people try it without a meal plan, without recipes, and without knowing which "healthy" foods are quietly undermining them. This program gives you all three, plus a plan for eating out and traveling.
What if I slip up?You will, at some point. That's being human. When it happens, practice self-compassion and get back to the foundation. There are no failures in this program.
How long do I have access?Forever. This is meant to be your reset button whenever you need it.
How much cooking is involved?Meal plans mark every meal by effort level, and leftovers are built into the week. You'll cook, but you won't live in the kitchen.
Can I drink coffee or alcohol?Caffeine gets reduced and alcohol gets removed in week two. The program also tells you what to order if you do choose to have a drink after the four weeks.
What about fruit?Berries are in. Higher-sugar fruits like bananas and grapes are out for now, along with carrots and beets, so your body can fully detox from sugar. You can add them back once you're feeling your best.
