  • The program consists of a 3-day prep weekend followed by a 4-week, self-guided course.

  • You can it at your own pace. You’ll have unlimited access to the content!

  • While you can always register for the program, the Q&As are a limited-time offer. As of now, I will be participating live with the program for those who register by January 29. Sign up for my email list to know about any future live cohorts I will be hosting.

  • This program won’t be ideal for you as we will be cutting out gluten and soy and making a lot of nut-based substitutes.

  • Yes! This meal plan will be healthy and nourishing for you and your little one :)

  • While possible, I would not recommend The Paleo Path for a vegan diet as your options will be very limited without the inclusion of grains and legumes.
